About Hemraj Prasad - School Growth Consultant
India's First Practical School System Library — Made in Obra, For Every Small Town School Owner.
We are My Planet Education Pvt. Ltd. / Bihar Public School and Children Welfare Association — a digital platform built by school operators, for school operators.
This website was not made in a metro city. It was made inside a real school office in Obra, Aurangabad (Bihar), where we manage daily fee calls, Result Day queues, teacher training, and Saturday checklists every single day.
For 10+ years, we ran our own schools — My Planet Play School and Laxmi Public School, Obra. Like you, we struggled with the same problems:
- Teacher does not come on time
- Parents don't deposit fees on time
- No proper routine for Nursery, LKG, UKG
- No format for admit card, letter pad, diary, result
- How to talk to an angry parent who says "Madam ne bachche ko mara"
We found solutions by making systems. Small SOPs, small checklists, small videos. And we started sharing them on Facebook (62K+ followers) and Instagram. Thousands of Principals and Directors from Bihar, UP, Jharkhand, MP messaged us: "Sir, PDF bhej dijiye."
That is why we built this website.

Our Mission
Our mission is to give every child in a small town the same systems, discipline, and exposure that children get in metro cities.
For Children: To make learning joyful, disciplined and practical — from nail check to manners, from diary to discipline.
For Parents: To build trust through transparent communication, proper Result Day counselling, and timely fee systems — not by shouting, but by system.
For Teachers: To train teachers to be respected professionals — how to check copies, how to talk to parents, how to manage a classroom without beating. We believe if teachers are paid on time (even in May-June summer holidays) and trained properly, they will stay.
For School Owners: To stop working alone. Through our Association, we share ready-made formats — Routine Charts, Letter Pads, Checklists, Syllabus — so that a new school owner in Obra doesn't have to struggle for 5 years to figure it out.
Our Vision
We envision an India where no parent needs to send their child far away to Patna or Delhi for quality schooling.
By 2030, we want to:
- Make 1000 private schools in different districts follow a common quality checklist — from school bus safety to diary checking.
- Create a Teacher Training Hub in Small Towns where every new teacher gets 7 days of free practical training before joining.
- Prove that a small town play school can produce children who can speak confidently, maintain discipline, and compete with any metro city school.

Meet The Founder

Founder — My Planet Play School, Obra | President — Bihar Public School and Children Welfare Association | School Growth Consultant
I am not from a big city. I studied at R K High School, Obra and Daudnagar College, Daudnagar — and I started my career in child care and school education from the same small town.
When I started My Planet Play School at Main Road, Near Kali Mandir, Obra, parents asked me — "Itne chote se sahar me accha school kaise chalega?" My answer was — System se chalega.
For the last 10+ years, I have been doing only one thing: Making SOPs for small private schools.

I started sharing these videos on Facebook (@hemraj.prasad.144) and Instagram (biharibabu.hemraj) because hundreds of school owners from Aurangabad, Arwal, Daudnagar started asking me the same questions. Today, 62,000+ teachers and school owners follow me not for entertainment, but for real school kaam.
On 1st September 2026, we all met at Mahamaya College and formed the Bihar Public School and Children Welfare Association. I am not its owner — I am just its sevak. The association is for all of us.
